As part of the Estate’s product promotion policy the company takes part in important wine exhibition around the world such
as PROWEIN in Germany.

In terms of international awards in the biggest and most prestigious competitions in the world the Estate has to show an extensive collection of over 700 awards and distinctions among which many gold medals.

Varietal Composition: Merlot 100%

Tasting Notes Exceptionally bright and a light colour between light rosy and salmon. 

Lively nose reminiscent primarily of red fruit like strawberry and cherry, with a hint of lemon verbena and an almost imperceptible presence of spices.
 
Elegance and finesse with a refreshing acidity which balances the alcohol creating a sense of harmony rounded up with a pleasant fruity finish.


Food pairingEven though its delicate personality urges to enjoy on its own, it can be paired beautifully with fine cured meats, fish in light red sauce, grilled red mullet, tuna carpaccio, even stuffed vegetables.

It is the velvet child of the Amethystos family. Its purple bright color is the bequest of the small surface yields of Cabernet Sauvignon as well as of Merlot and the Greek Limnio.
